Demo tape guidelines

Applicants must submit 2 pieces of recorded music, in MP3 format.

Each piece should be 3 to 8 minutes in length.

One piece must be performed solo.

Original material is very much preferred.

Pricing + fees

Total program cost is $1750.00, which includes: 5 nights accommodations at Full Moon Resort; organic, gourmet meals; 4 full days of lessons and programs; plus evening events, performances, etc..

If you are accepted, a 50% deposit within 7 days of notification will be required to hold your space, with total balance due by June 2, 2008.

If you cancel on or before June 2, all deposits paid will be refunded minus a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations between June 3 – July 1, 50% of all deposits paid will be refunded. No refunds for cancellations after July 1. Please understand we have an enormous financial responsibility to the facility, and our staff, and we have invested significantly into assembling information, infrastructure, and the application process. Please only apply if you are fully committed in your heart, mind, body, and wallet.

If space is available, late applications will be considered. The program cost for late registration is $2,000.00.

Application deadlines + processing

Early acceptance: Applications are due by May 1, however if you apply before this date, you will be considered for our early acceptance program (limit 40 early applicants). If you are accepted early, you will have 7 days from notification to send your deposit to secure your spot. If we do not receive your deposit within 7 days, you will be considered for general admission after May 1.

Notification + processing

All submissions will be reviewed, and accepted or denied by May 8, and applicants will be notified by email on or before May 9. Deposits are due by May 16, and the balance is due by June 2.
We encourage everyone to get applications in early.
Remember: the deadline for submissions is May 1, 2008!
